We collaborate with an international network of experts. We are looking for an individual to fulfil the role of course coordinator and office manager. Your position Main Assignments Organizes and coordinates training courses in the field of pharmaceutical medicine Manages the office of the University institute Course Coordination Organization and implementation of new and established training courses Management of the reception desk during the courses Communication with speakers and course participants Provision and maintenance of scientific course material on the online platform Management of the institute database (Filemaker) Issuing of invoices and payment monitoring Monitoring and updating the website content in coordination with the webmaster Your profile You hold education and experience in administration, marketing and/or event management, preferably in the health care sector and/ or academia You are an open person with good communication and interpersonal skills You work responsibly and with enthusiasm. You have organizational talent, customer service skills, are able to work independently and in a group, willing to meet timelines.
