Job Description As a facilities management coordinator, you will coordinate requests related to room allocation, workspace arrangements, as well as the relocation of activities and employees within the HUG. As a key contact for staff, you analyse expressed needs and ensure their alignment with the institutional real estate strategy and the HUG master plan. You assess requests, propose suitable solutions and seek alternatives that allow efficient use of available space and resources. You independently manage low to medium complexity fit-out and relocation projects from planning through to completion. In this role, you coordinate various internal and external stakeholders, monitor service providers and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and regulatory requirements. You actively participate in change management with teams affected by activity moves or space reorganisations. You also manage and update local signage in collaboration with the Communications Directorate, ensuring compliance with the institutional graphic charter. Finally, you contribute to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of graphical and alphanumeric room inventories as well as the quality of real estate management data.
