Shape the future of Information Governance at ELCA's IIM practice. Join us for a unique opportunity to impact enterprise organizations. Tasks Design and implement Information Governance frameworks for clients. Lead complex consulting engagements from analysis to model definition. Join ELCA's IIM practice as a Consultant and take ownership of a high-growth offering at the intersection of data strategy, compliance, and AI. Your Mission As a trusted advisor and delivery lead, you will: Design and implement Information Governance frameworks (policies, lifecycle, classification, retention, compliance) for major enterprise clients. Lead complex consulting engagements end-to-end: from problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis to target operating model definition. Own and grow the Information Governance offering within our IIM practice — including go-to-market strategy, pre-sales, and pipeline development. Advise senior stakeholders, lead governance workshops, and build long-term client relationships. Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing practice. Drive thought leadership on regulatory trends, ECM platforms, and GenAI governance implications. What We're Looking For 7–12 years of consulting experience, with proven hands-on expertise in Information Governance. Track record in shaping engagements, driving business development, and engaging C-level stakeholders. Experience designing governance frameworks: policies, data/document lifecycle, compliance, GDPR, records management. Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Experience with ECM/Content Services platforms (OpenText, SharePoint, Hyland…) is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive buy-in on complex governance strategies.
