In this strategic role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality financial information in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. **Responsibilities** * Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process. * Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities. * Manage financial accounting and reporting activities under IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory frameworks. * Perform intercompany reconciliations and oversee the elimination of intragroup transactions. * Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reviews and multi-currency reconciliations. * Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to management. * Support external and internal audits and maintain a strong internal control environment. * Oversee statutory reporting obligations and liaise with local finance teams. * Contribute to treasury-related activities, including cash-flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis. * Support tax reporting and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems. **Profile** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit. * \+7/ 10 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or audit within an international environment. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to Swiss GAAP. * Proven experience with consolidation tools such as Magnitude or Hyperion. * Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders. * Fluent in English; French is an advantage. \#LI-EP1 \#LI-Hybrid
