Join the Service des bâtiments (SBAT) team in Neuchâtel! Take on an exciting opportunity to manage multiple canton buildings and projects. Tasks Oversee a portfolio of several canton buildings directly. Develop transformation or renovation projects and manage them. Ensure control of contractors and quality of work. Skills Bachelor's in architecture or relevant diploma with experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD® and Messerli® software. Strong computer skills in a Windows environment. SBAT145 Department:DSJSEntity:Building Service (SBAT)Activities:Integrated within the maintenance domain of the service, you directly manage a portfolio of several cantonal buildings.Finally, you prepare projects for transformations or fitting out premises, oversee the work and are responsible for controlling the contractors. Desired profile:Holder of a HES architect bachelor or a CFC building draughtsperson with an ES diploma as site manager, you have several years of experience, preferably within a public administration.You master the AutoCAD® and Messerli® software tools and have very good office IT skills (Windows environment). You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
