With a strong global network and a commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability, we safely power our customers’ flights every day.  As a Communications Specialist you will own and continuously improve our internal and external communication ecosystem, strengthen our brand, and deliver targeted campaigns that support employee engagement, talent attraction, customer experience and sales. You will also champion our Safety and Quality communication and contribute to crisis communications when needed. Your tasks Support and continuously improve all internal and external communications channels and the overarching content plan; create and implement concepts and campaigns that support engagement, recruitment, customer experience and sales Drive brand management across the company, maintaining guidelines, templates and designs; support senior leaders on brand use and storytelling for news, press elements and collateral Coordinate marketing and communications projects that build brand awareness; collaborate with agencies to produce visuals, graphics and video assets Use all channels website, blog, social media, employee magazine, intranet including Viva Engage, info screens and local internal events with HR; analyze performance, identify trends and improve continuously Promote a positive Safety Culture by ensuring Safety and Quality Policy communication and full implementation of SMS duties per the SMS Manual Support crisis communication activities and coordinate team tasks as required. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with minimum 3 years in marketing and communications and a proven record in effective employee communications and engaging campaigns Strong internal communications background; experience engaging production staff is a plus Excellent English B2; confident communicator across all levels High affinity for brand management, social media and digital tools; advanced MS Office; video editing skills are an advantage Outstanding writing skills with the ability to adapt to multiple channels and audiences Team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
