To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed CNC milling machine operators and CNC lathe operators (m/f/d) who are eager to produce quality at the highest level together with us. These are your tasks: You independently set up CNC turning and/or milling machines and operate them confidently. You programme, optimise, and adjust CNC programmes, e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc – ideally OKUMA OSP-200/OSP-300. You manufacture individual parts as well as small and series productions according to technical drawings. You carry out tool changes as well as tool and programme corrections. You inspect the manufactured components with measuring and testing equipment and ensure the highest quality. You take care of the maintenance and care of the machines and work equipment. You ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and timely production. You actively contribute to improvement processes within production.
