Ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant, in-room dining, banquet and, if necessary, in all other outlets Responsibility for a station Ensuring a clean and organised workplace Compliance with the HACCP concept Wine service for groups and individual tables Selling aperitifs, presenting and explaining menus, taking orders and booking food and drinks Promptly collecting food from the kitchen Quick and effective communication with the kitchen, especially regarding allergens Always guaranteeing warm and attentive service Correctly preparing, presenting and closing guest bills Checking and carrying out mise en place Training and onboarding new employees Following and executing instructions from the supervisor Conscientious handling of guest feedback and complaints Experience in the same or a similar role Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage Expert knowledge of wine, cheese, food and drinks Independent, hygienic and precise working style Quick comprehension and good coordination Friendly and cheerful demeanour as well as good people skills Ability to handle hectic situations while maintaining a professional working manner
