We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Charter Sales Executive (100%) to join our team in Geneva (Versoix), Switzerland. Key Requirements · Strong knowledge and previous experience in the business aviation industry · EU or Swiss citizenship, or in possession of a valid Swiss work permit · Flexible, responsive, proactive attitude and able to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging environment · Highly organized, detail oriented, and meticulous personality · Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills · Committed to customer satisfaction by delivering precise and professional work · Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered as an asset Your responsibilities · Dealing with daily charter requests and providing tailor-made solutions for our customers · Flight scheduling and follow up · Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers · Ability to select the most suitable and competitive brokerage options according to our client’s needs · Monitor business aviation trends to develop new opportunities for both charter and aircraft management What We Offer · The opportunity to work for a Swiss EASA AOC-certified airline with full in-house operational capabilities, including Dispatch, Charter Sales, and CAMO · A full-time position (100%) based in Geneva (Versoix), Switzerland · International and dynamic atmosphere, managing charter sales, aircraft owner operations and brokerage activities · A collaborative and supportive team culture · Exposure to a wide range of operational and commercial aspects of business aviation Join Us If you are passionate about aviation and enjoy building strong client relationships in a constantly evolving industry, we would be delighted to hear from you.
