In this responsible position, you will take charge of a versatile service area offering support in daily living. The workplace is in Weinfelden. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the area in terms of personnel, professional and organisational matters Direct leadership of around 8 employees as well as indirect responsibility for approximately 35 further employees Ensuring a stable, structured and efficient daily operation Coordination of deployment planning, resources and deputising Further development of existing services in the area of everyday assistance Identifying new needs of older people and developing suitable offers Ensuring a sustainable, needs-based service structure Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous improvement Analysis and optimisation of processes and workflows Budget responsibility as well as involvement in pricing and financial management Close cooperation with the management Exchange with specialist offices, authorities and external partner organisations Representation of the area in committees and working groups Your profile Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in social services, healthcare or public administration Experience in dealing with established structures and diverse stakeholders Broad organisational and business management understanding Experience in the further development of services or offers High social competence, empathy and strong communication skills Structured, calm and solution-oriented working style Motivation to commit long-term in a meaningful environment What we offer you A meaningful leadership position with direct impact for older people A stable, established environment with scope for creativity A committed, experienced team Above-average contribution to occupational pension schemes Contemporary social benefits On-site parking
