Join the Evangelische Kirchgemeinde Frauenfeld as a Band Coach! Be part of a vibrant community that fosters faith and worship. Tasks Lead and coach the LIGHTHOUSE27 band with passion and expertise. Plan rehearsals and oversee band meetings for smooth operations. Select songs and shape the music for Friday events and services. Skills You should have a strong Christian faith and musical background. Experience in worship leading and band coaching is essential. Team spirit, empathy, and a supportive attitude are key. Worship significantly shapes the atmosphere of our Friday events and contributes to a welcoming, open attitude in our interactions. As part of the youth work and commitment to young adults of the Evangelical Church Community Frauenfeld, we are looking for a dedicated individual to competently and passionately co-shape our worship work as band coach / band department leader. YOUR TASKS Leading, supporting, and coaching the LIGHTHOUSE27 band as band department leader Planning and moderating rehearsals and band meetings Responsibility for song selection, arrangements, and the musical design of the Friday events Coordinating deployments at services and special occasions as well as at the LH27 camp Close collaboration with the LIGHTHOUSE27 core team and church community staff YOUR PROFILE A reflective, lived Christian faith Solid musical training or corresponding practical experience in the worship environment Experience in worship leadership, band work, or coaching Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults Team spirit, empathy, and a coaching, serving attitude Willingness to work evenings and weekends as well as at the autumn camp CONDITIONS Employment scope: 20% (annual working time model) Start date: immediately or by arrangement, ideally from 1 July 2026 Employment conditions: according to the guidelines of the Evangelical Church Community Frauenfeld APPLICATION & INFORMATION Please send your digital application by 14 June at the latest to: samuel.ammann@evang-frauenfeld.ch For questions, Sam Ammann, social deacon / LIGHTHOUSE27 core team, is happy to assist: samuel.ammann@evang-frauenfeld.ch / Phone: 079 450 15 86
