Tasks Manage client files and handle correspondence primarily in German. Draft legal documents, including notarial deeds and other contracts. Communicate daily with clients and authorities like courts and offices. Skills Commercial training or higher vocational education is required. Fluent German and good French language skills are essential. Experience with invoicing and managing client funds is needed. PROFILE Commercial training or a high school diploma or a higher professional qualification. Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form as well as ideally good knowledge of French Preparation of legal documents, notarial deeds and other legal documents Management of client files Maintenance of notarial registers and client money accounts Invoicing Daily contact with clients and authorities (court, public prosecutor's office, registry offices, etc.). Drafting and processing general correspondence mainly in German.
