Xcert AI Agentic AI Trust Expert Company Description: Xcert AI is a cutting-edge Swiss startup developing a solution for managing specifications, qualifications, and certifications in the regulated aerospace industry (space and aviation). Our AI-powered platform automates and streamlines processes to reduce manual effort, ensure consistency and accuracy, and meet industry standards such as ECSS, EASA, and FAA. By leveraging Generative AI, including LLMs and SLMs, and agentic workflows, Xcert AI enables automatic specification generation, real-time checks, and document creation. Xcert AI has customers in Europe and North America. Role Description: This is a full-time remote position for an Agentic AI Trust Expert at Xcert AI. The Agentic AI Trust Expert will be responsible for designing and implementing the AI trust strategy of Xcert, applying leading edge AI trust strategies and methods. An important output from this role is the establishment of the first Agentic AI benchmark for the certification and compliance in the aerospace industry. The candidate requires demonstrated quantification in the establishment of a framework for trustworthiness in Agentic AI systems. The framework used must have been demonstrated for evaluating and understanding the performance of the system being benchmarked, as well as preventing the degradation of the performance by tracking predefined criteria including accuracy. Qualifications: - Expert Python level - PhD degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field, with a specialisation in - AI trust or similar fields - Experience with working on AI in an industrial setting - Strong command of Linux (e.g. systemctl, networking) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of LLMs and related frameworks (e.g. LlamaIndex) - Expert in testing frameworks such as PyUnit - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Cloud management experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Cloud hosted AI services (e.g AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker) - Experience interfacing with customers and partners. - Writing technical proposal for private and public funding. Xcert AI operates in a regulated industry, but applies a mature agile methodology for product development, with a flat structure, daily standups, a roadmap driven by a product owner group (including aerospace industry experts), with regular demos and retrospectives. Obligations: Candidates must live in Europe (including Switzerland and UK). The position is remote, with team gatherings in Switzerland a few times a year.
