The company runs a central finance and supply chain hub in Switzerland and is known for its dynamic, fast-paced environment, high quality standards, and strong focus on collaboration, sustainability, and professional development. ## Job Description ## * Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reporting, and reconciliations * Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances * Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including intercompany invoicing * Assist with factoring, netting, treasury, and cash management activities * Support fixed asset accounting and lease accounting * Contribute to statutory reporting, SOX controls, and audit processes * Ensure compliance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP requirements * Work with SAP across core finance and accounting processes * Collaborate closely with the international finance team * Actively contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies ## The Successful Applicant ## * Academic background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline * Several years of professional experience in a senior accounting function within an international organization * Proven hands-on exposure to core accounting activities, particularly in general ledger and end-to-end finance processes * Practical experience with manufacturing or product-related cost accounting * Confident working knowledge of both US accounting standards and Chinese local GAAP * Strong user experience with SAP in a complex finance environment * Professional fluency in English; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a clear advantage * Experience gained in a large audit firm and/or a professional accounting qualification is beneficial * Able to work autonomously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail * Comfortable managing workloads in dynamic, deadline-driven environments ## What's on Offer ## * An opportunity to join a globally oriented organization with a strong international footprint * Exposure to a high-impact finance role within a complex, multinational operating environment * A collaborative and professional workplace that encourages knowledge sharing and personal development Quote job ref JN-042026-7000788 Job Function Accounting, Audit & Advisory, Tax and Treasury Specialisation Accountant/Bookkeeper Industry Retail Location International Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-042026-7000788 Job Nature Home Office
