Job information Expected start date in position : as soon as possible Contract length : permanent contract (CDI) Activity rate : 80% Workplace : Extranef building, campus Dorigny Your responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Defining and overseeing the implementation of EEHL’s educational vision Developing and revising programs, ensuring academic coherence, and integrating innovative teaching methods Defining the academic recruitment policy for faculty members and program participants Representing HEC Lausanne Executive Education at academic and professional events Your profile To complement our team, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: A PhD in the social sciences or an equivalent degree, demonstrating a strong understanding of higher education and research dynamics Proven pedagogical expertise, including instructional design, assessment methods, and educational innovation (active learning, blended learning, project-based learning, etc.) Solid experience in the design, coordination, and oversight of academic or executive education programs Knowledge of international accreditation standards and processes (EQUIS, AMBA, AACSB, etc.) Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management within an academic environment Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical and decision-making skills, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities Proficiency in educational technologies, collaborative digital tools, and academic performance data analysis Native French or English speaker, with at least a C1 level in the other language.
