Mission You will be working on a research grant from Innosuisse on the topic of "Self-recovery of end-to-end encrypted vaults". This work entails helping develop cryptographic algorithms in collaboration with the C4DT team, a laboratory (Professor, PhD candidates, Research Software Engineers, semester students) writing software libraries and applications, and evaluating them through user tests. The duration of the grant is 2 years. Main duties and responsibilities Supporting research with experiments and evaluations Writing of libraries and documentation Managing parts of the project Participating in other C4DT related projects (open source services evaluation, server maintenance, workshops organization, ...) Profile Higher education in computer science or equivalent Very good expertise in cryptography: elliptic curves, zero knowledge proofs, post quantum algorithms Interest in the topics of C4DT: digital trust in general, Open Source Software, digital sovereignty Excellent command of several programming languages (Golang, Rust, Typescript), test-driven development, automatic deployment Intelligent use of LLM tools as support for your work, not as replacement Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
