Planned start: 01.07.2026 Employment type: Full-time Contract type: permanent Workplace: Lausanne Your future area of responsibility Carrying out check-in and check-out processes in compliance with the house standards Proactive handling of complaints and enquiries from our guests Taking over administrative tasks related to reception Careful adherence to the service checklist to ensure the quality and consistency of processes Representing the night staff and taking over the corresponding tasks during night shifts if necessary Your profile Excellent oral and written communication skills Very good French and English skills (at least level B2), German is a plus Strong sense of customer service and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Confident handling of hotel management software and IT tools, Opera Cloud is an advantage Strong team spirit as well as analytical thinking and initiative Time flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift system, including night shifts Salary according to CCNT 2026: CHF 4’528.– gross per month Your benefits Contract.
