Tasks Manage and ensure quality of customer contracts in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Consolidate performance metrics for detailed customer reporting. Coordinate and track work orders in CAFM systems effectively. Skills Commercial education (EFZ or E-profile) and relevant experience preferred. Strong IT affinity, especially in MS Office and Excel. Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. About the job Employee: Business Support & Dispo North (a) 80 - 100% - Recording, maintenance and quality assurance of customer contract data in the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Collecting, consolidating and preparing performance indicators for the creation of customer reports. - Processing, coordinating and tracking work orders in our CAFM systems. - Preparation of estimates and quotations as well as participation in the order-to-cash process. - Preparation and assurance of billing-relevant data in the CAFM system (FMS @ISS) as a basis for invoicing. - Commercial training EFZ or E-profile as well as professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage - You have a high IT affinity and sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as good database knowledge. - You possess pronounced analytical skills and work in a structured, quality-conscious and solution-oriented manner. - You are team-oriented and appreciate collaboration in a dynamic, versatile environment. - You have a high degree of initiative and a pronounced "hands-on mentality". - Confident German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage. - Wide range of internal development opportunities - 16 weeks maternity leave - Employee celebrations and appreciation programmes - Discounted mobile subscriptions from Swisscom for the whole family - Staff offer platform with attractive discounts and special conditions - Structured onboarding in the initial phase
