About the job Building Technician (a) - Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work on the technical system (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory and other buildings - Coordinating and carrying out all necessary work in cooperation with the responsible departments - Updating various documentation - Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology - Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrical engineering profession (e.g. building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering) - Experience in maintenance, servicing or building automation - Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems - Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style - Willingness to be on call - Driving licence category B (mandatory) - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
