Your main tasks will be: •   Ensure the operational, logistical, administrative and technical management of the EMBA programme: for example, acting as a representative for participants, contributing to relations with teachers, organising interventions, preparing course materials, etc.; •    Coordinate key moments of the programme, notably the academic start and the graduation ceremony, within the allocated budget; •    Contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of the unit's processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and smoothness of activities; •    Provide administrative support to the management as well as to the teams involved in the programme: bookings, travel, minute-taking, supplies, etc… Your Profile You are an organised, reliable and solution-oriented person, and you enjoy working in a demanding and stimulating environment.
